This Terms and Conditions page will provide you with a list of terms and conditions that you agree to when you purchase a theme or theme package from WordpressInn.com. Please take a moment to read through our Terms before purchaising any theme or service from our website.

1. General use

With the purchase of any of our themes, you are able to utilize the themes for personal use as well as client work. We know developers are busy and need to turn the work fast, but we do not offer a developer licence at this point.

2. Limited usage granted

Your purchase of single theme grants you with a single user licence, you can use each theme only on one website/domain, provided that you own that domain name.

3. Theme license

The XHTML, CSS and design of Wordpress Inn themes are released under GPL license and are in total compliance to standards set forth by the authors of that license as well as with WordPress. Theme support will only be given to those who purchase a theme from our website.

4. Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our themes to fit your needs. You may not re-distribute or release any modifications as GPL or otherwise. Please also refrain from deleting our credit text from the template files (style.css). You are however allowed to delete our credit links from the footer or any other visible place (on the front-end) in the theme.

5. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our themes, modified or unmodified. All themes are property of WordpressInn.com. Our themes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our themes.

6. Warranty

WordpressInn themes are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress or when activated without any changes. Once you modify any of the theme files or include 3rd party applications or plugins, then we cannot guarantee that the themes will work. It is our policy to support our themes as best we can, and we will provide support to modified themes or instances of third party applications at our discretion or as time allows.

7. Unauthorized usage

You are not allowed to place any of our themes, modified or unmodified, on CD, website or any other medium and offer them for re-distribution or re-sale of any kind without prior written document from our end. Please contact us if you require any more clarification.

8. Delivery

The delivery process at Wordpress Inn is instant. After successfully completed payment, you will be emailed to the email adress you provided an download link of your product and you can start the download instantly.

9. Refund Policy

All sales are final, since Wordpress Inn is offering non-tangible digital goods we do not issue refunds after the theme purchase. No refunds will be given. If there is a problem with your digital download product(s) or if you experience any difficulty with its download, we will fix the problem and make sure you get your product delivered to you.

10. Forum Support Policy

The themes purchased on this website include support, this means WordpressInn customers will receive access to our support forum. The most efficient way for anyone who has purchased a theme from our website to receive support is the Forum Support. Support that we offer include only common issues such as instalation documentations of our themes, theme usage guides, bugs/fixes that might occur, and not necessarily customization of any theme.
